From Fall 1989 until now, the chapter
have participated in various volunteer events on campus and in the community,
as a way to keep brothers actively involved. As a result of our past good
deeds, the chapter has won the award for Social Action at the Phi Beta
Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Southern Regional Conference in 1993, and have
received many letters of thanks from various local organizations in Miami-Dade
County, Florida.
We do our best to be an active part of the community we live in, no matter
what obstacles we face.
